Information you send us

When you contact us (by email, through the inquiry form, or by booking a consultation), we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, information about your hotels, and your message. We use this information only to respond to you, schedule and hold the consultation, and, if we work together, provide our services.

The inquiry form and online scheduler are run by third-party providers (Zoom Scheduler and Formflow), which process your submission on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, how visitors found the site, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location (such as city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. We look at it only in aggregate to improve the site; it does not tell us who you are.

Google processes this data under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics cookies described above. Pages with the booking scheduler or inquiry form may also load cookies from Zoom or Formflow that those tools need to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for marketing.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our practice (such as our analytics, form, scheduling, and email providers), or when required by law.

Client information

Information you share as a client, such as financial statements, invoices, and account records, is governed by our engagement letter and our professional confidentiality obligations as a CPA firm, not by this website policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and consultation details for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records. Google Analytics keeps user-level and event-level data for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing adam@beebecpa.com.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and revise the effective date above.
